Creating Your Art
How does the AI generation work?
Describe your vision using the text prompt and style dropdowns. Our AI creates a unique, high-resolution artwork based on your specifications. Each piece is one-of-a-kind and exclusive to you.
Can I regenerate if I don't like the preview?
Yes! Click "Generate another" to create a new version with the same settings, or "Start over" to adjust your prompt and style options. Generate as many times as you need until you're happy.
What are the aspect ratios?
Choose from Square (1:1) for Instagram-ready art, Horizontal (3:2) for landscape scenes, or Vertical (2:3) for portraits. Your chosen ratio determines which print sizes are available.
Can I add my signature?
Yes! Toggle "Show signature on preview" and type your name. Your signature will be tastefully embedded in the final print, making it uniquely yours.

What are the three finishes?
Canvas: Classic gallery-wrapped canvas with rich texture and deep colors.
Metal: Vibrant ChromaLuxe aluminum with glossy finish and exceptional depth.
Acrylic: Museum-grade facemount with brilliant clarity and polished edges.
Are prints ready to hang?
Yes! All prints arrive ready to hang with appropriate mounting hardware included. Canvas is gallery-wrapped, metal has float mounts, and acrylic includes standoffs.
How large can I print?
Currently up to 36" on the longest side. Our AI upscales intelligently to ensure crisp, gallery-quality results even at large sizes. Each material offers 5 size options per aspect ratio.
What's included with my order?
Your custom print on premium materials, mounting hardware, protective packaging, and a Certificate of Authenticity confirming this is a unique, limited-edition piece.
Shipping & Returns
How long does production take?
Production takes 3-5 business days, with shipping typically 3-7 days depending on location. Most orders arrive within 7-14 days total. Rush options available.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently shipping within the USA only. International shipping coming soon. Join our mailing list to be notified when we expand.
What if my print arrives damaged?
Contact us immediately with photos of the damage and packaging. We'll send a replacement at no cost. Our packaging is museum-grade, but accidents happen and we'll make it right.
Can I return or exchange?
Since each piece is custom-made, we can't accept returns for buyer's remorse. However, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee - if you're not happy, contact us and we'll work to make it right.
Pricing & Payment
How is pricing determined?
Pricing is based on size and material. Canvas is most affordable, metal is mid-range, and acrylic is premium. All prices shown include the custom artwork, production, and mounting hardware.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through Stripe's secure checkout. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.
Is there a bulk discount?
For orders of 5+ prints, contact us for custom pricing. We work with interior designers, businesses, and collectors on large projects.
Do you offer gift cards?
