Is AI-generated art "real" art?
It's a fair question. Your prompt, your style choices, your composition decisions, and a human curator's final review all shape the artwork. The AI is a tool — like a camera or a paintbrush. The result is a one-of-a-kind piece that exists because you made the creative choices behind it.
Who owns the copyright?
You receive full personal-use rights to your artwork — display it, gift it, photograph it. Commercial resale rights are not included by default. The Certificate of Authenticity documents your unique edition. Each generation is unique to you and is not resold to anyone else.
What if I don't love the print when it arrives?
You see and approve the watermarked preview before you order, so there are no surprises in composition. If your print arrives damaged or doesn't match the approved preview, we replace it free. Because each piece is custom-made, we can't accept buyer's-remorse returns — but our 30-day Print Quality Guarantee covers any quality issue.
Is it actually unique, or could someone else generate the same thing?
Even with the identical prompt, the model produces a different result every time — different composition, lighting, and detail. We log your generation with a unique ID printed on your Certificate of Authenticity. We never resell your purchased artwork or offer the same generated file to another customer — your COA documents the unique generation tied to your order.
Can I see what the Certificate of Authenticity looks like?
Yes — every print ships with a numbered Certificate of Authenticity on archival paper, documenting the title, medium, dimensions, edition number, issue date, and a unique fingerprint tied to your order. View a sample certificate →
Creating Your Art
How does the AI generation work?
Describe your vision using the text prompt and style dropdowns. Our AI creates a unique, high-resolution artwork based on your specifications. We never resell your purchased artwork or offer the same generated file to another customer.
Can I regenerate if I don't like the preview?
Yes! Click "Generate another" to create a new version with the same settings, or "Start over" to adjust your prompt and style options. Generate as many times as you need until you're happy.
What are the aspect ratios?
Choose from Square (1:1) for Instagram-ready art, Horizontal (3:2) for landscape scenes, or Vertical (2:3) for portraits. Your chosen ratio determines which print sizes are available.
Can I add my signature?
Yes! Click "Add your signature" under the artwork controls and type your name. Pick a font, color, size, and corner — it'll be tastefully embedded in the final print, making it uniquely yours.

What are the three finishes?
Canvas: Classic gallery-wrapped canvas with rich texture and deep colors.
Metal: Vibrant ChromaLuxe aluminum with glossy finish and exceptional depth.
Acrylic: Museum-grade facemount with brilliant clarity and polished edges.
Are prints ready to hang?
Yes — every print ships with a pre-attached French cleat, the matching wall-side cleat, screws, and drywall anchors. About 10 minutes start to finish. Step-by-step photos and FAQ in our install guide.
How large can I print?
Currently up to 36" on the longest side. Each artwork is prepared at archival print resolution and quality-checked before production, so even our largest pieces stay crisp and gallery-grade. Each material offers 5 size options per aspect ratio.
What's included with my order?
Your custom print on premium materials, mounting hardware, protective packaging, and a Certificate of Authenticity confirming this is a unique, limited-edition piece.
Shipping & Returns
How do I care for my print after it arrives?
Each material has its own cleaning, hanging, and longevity guidance. Our full Print Care guide walks through canvas, ChromaLuxe metal, and acrylic facemount with the specific cleaners that are safe (and the ones that aren't), ideal display environments, and how to tell normal variance from a defect.
How long does production take?
Production takes 2–5 business days depending on material, with tracked shipping typically 3–5 days after that. Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days total. We'll keep you updated with tracking every step of the way.
How much does shipping cost?
Low flat rates based on the size of the piece — $10 for small pieces, $15 for medium, $25 for large, and $35 for the biggest acrylics and metals. The exact amount is shown on the checkout page before you pay — never a surprise.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently shipping within the USA only. International shipping is coming soon — email us at info@aiprint.ai to be added to the waitlist.
What if my print arrives damaged?
Contact us within 14 days with photos of the damage and packaging — we'll ship a replacement at no cost, no need to return the damaged piece. Shipping damage is always replaced free.
Can I return or exchange?
Since each piece is custom-made, we can't accept returns for buyer's remorse — but if you're not satisfied with the print quality (color, sharpness, materials), contact us within 30 days for a replacement or full refund, no questions asked.
Pricing & Payment
How is pricing determined?
Pricing is based on size and material. Canvas is most affordable, metal is mid-range, and acrylic is premium. All prices shown include the custom artwork, production, and mounting hardware.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through Stripe's secure checkout. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.
Is there a bulk discount?
For orders of 5+ prints, contact us for custom pricing. We work with interior designers, businesses, and collectors on large projects.
Do you offer gift cards?
