Production & Delivery Timeline
All prints are made to order at our Florida studio. Typical door-to-door timing:
- •Production: 2–5 business days (varies by material — canvas is fastest, acrylic and large metal are longer)
- •Shipping: 3–5 business days after production, with tracking
- •Total: 5–10 business days door to door
Larger sizes (24"+ on the long edge) and orders during holiday windows may add 2–4 business days.
Shipping
- •Where we ship: United States only (international coming later in 2026).
- •Rates: Low flat-rate shipping based on size and material — $10 for small pieces, $15 for medium, $25 for large, and $35 for the biggest acrylics and metals. The exact amount is shown on the Stripe checkout page before you pay — never a surprise.
- •Carrier: UPS or FedEx Ground depending on your address.
- •Tracking: Emailed automatically the moment your order ships.
- •Packaging: Protective corner blocks, foam wrap, and a rigid carton — every piece is built to survive the trip.
Note: You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships. All prints are carefully packaged in museum-quality materials to ensure safe arrival.
Return & Refund Policy
30-Day Print Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of every piece. If your print arrives damaged or does not meet our quality standards for color, sharpness, materials, or craftsmanship, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. Because each print is custom-made, we can't accept returns for buyer's remorse — but quality issues are always on us.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your print arrives damaged or has a quality issue:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage and packaging
- We'll send a replacement at no cost to you
- No need to return the damaged item
Custom Nature of Orders
Since each print is custom-generated and produced specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for "change of mind" or if the AI-generated result doesn't meet expectations. That's why we encourage regenerating previews until you're happy before ordering.
Quality Promise: Every print is inspected before shipping. If there's any issue with print quality, color accuracy, or materials, we'll replace or refund — no questions asked.
Credits & Account
How credits work
Credits let you generate artwork previews before ordering a print. 1 credit = 1 high-resolution preview. New accounts receive 5 free credits to try the system. Additional credit packs are available from your account page at any time — starting at $5 for 25 credits. Credits never expire.
If a generation fails
If our system fails to return an image (server error, content-filter rejection, or timeout), the credit is automatically refunded to your balance. You're only charged for previews you actually receive.
Credit refunds
Because credits are consumed the moment we generate an image, purchased credit packs are non-refundable once any credits in the pack have been used. Unused credit packs may be refunded within 14 days of purchase — email info@aiprint.ai.
Closing your account
You can request account deletion at any time by emailing info@aiprint.ai from the address on the account. We'll remove your profile, saved generations, and personal data within 30 days. Order records tied to fulfilled purchases are retained for accounting and warranty purposes.
Privacy Policy
Information We Collect
We only collect information necessary to fulfill your order:
- • Name and email address
- • Shipping address
- • Payment information (processed securely through Stripe)
- • Your artwork preferences and generated images
- • Reference images you choose to upload (used only to generate that one preview, then discarded — see Reference Images)
How We Use Your Information
- • Process and fulfill your order
- • Send order confirmations and shipping updates
- • Respond to customer service requests
- • Improve our products and services
Tracking & Cookies
We use a small set of third-party services to operate the site, fulfill orders, and measure whether our advertising actually works. None of them receive your name, address, or payment information; they only see anonymous browsing events tied to a randomly-assigned ID.
- •PostHog — product analytics. Tracks page views and user actions (e.g. "generated a preview," "started checkout") so we can see which steps of the site work and which don't. Session recording is disabled.
- •Meta (Facebook) Pixel — measures whether our Facebook/Instagram ads are reaching the right people. Fires a "Purchase" event when an order completes so Meta can stop showing ads to people who already bought.
- •Pinterest Tag — same role as the Meta Pixel, for Pinterest ads.
- •Stripe — payment processing. Receives your billing details directly during checkout — they never touch our servers.
- •Vercel — hosting. Standard server logs (IP, user-agent, request path) for security and rate limiting; rotated on a short schedule.
You can opt out of analytics and ad tracking by enabling your browser's "Do Not Track" header, using an ad-blocker, or installing the official opt-out extensions from Meta and Pinterest. We honor those signals where the upstream services do.
Your Rights
You can request to see, update, or delete your personal information at any time. We never sell your data to third parties. Your generated artwork remains exclusively yours. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA — email info@aiprint.ai with the subject line "CCPA request" and we'll respond within 45 days.
Security: We use industry-standard encryption and security measures. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, and we never store your credit card information.
Reference Images
What "reference images" are
When you generate a preview, you may optionally upload up to 3 reference images (JPEG, PNG, or WebP, up to 8 MB each) to give the AI a visual starting point — for example, a pet you want featured, a landscape you like, or an object you want included in the scene. The AI uses your text prompt and the references together to compose a new, original image.
Your responsibility for what you upload
By uploading a reference image you represent and warrant that all of the following are true:
- •You either own the image, or have the rights and permission to use it for AI generation.
- •If the image shows any identifiable person, that person is 18 or older and has given you explicit, informed consent to use their likeness in AI-generated artwork. If the person is yourself, no separate consent is required.
- •The image does not depict a minor in any context, even if you are the parent or guardian.
- •The image is not of a celebrity, public figure, or other person you don't personally know and have permission from.
- •You will not use the generated output to deceive, defame, harass, impersonate, or sexually depict any real person.
You — not aiPRINT — are legally responsible for the images you upload and for how you use the resulting artwork. You agree to indemnify and hold aiPRINT harmless from any claim arising from your uploads or your use of the output.
How we handle reference images
- •Use: Reference images are sent only to our AI generation provider for the single purpose of generating your preview.
- •Storage: We do not save your reference images on aiPRINT servers. They are passed through to the model and discarded as soon as the request completes.
- •Training: We do not use your reference images, prompts, or generated outputs to train AI models.
- •Sharing: We do not sell, share, or repurpose your uploads. The third-party model provider's own data-handling terms also apply to the brief moment they process your image.
- •Moderation: Both your text prompt and your uploads are subject to automated and manual content-safety checks. We may refuse to process — or after-the-fact remove — any image that appears to violate our acceptable-use rules.
Likeness limits — what to expect
AI generation is interpretive, not photographic. The model uses your reference as inspiration; the person, pet, or object in the output may not be an exact match. Reference images make a result feel like the source — they do not produce a guaranteed exact likeness. Because of the custom nature of AI generation, "the result didn't look enough like my reference" is not a basis for a refund (see Credits & Account).
In short: upload only images you have the right to use, only of adults who have agreed, and never of children or non-consenting people. We don't store your uploads, and we don't use them to train AI.
Terms of Service
Acceptable Use
When using our service — including any text prompt or uploaded reference image — you agree not to create or submit content that:
- • Is illegal, harmful, or offensive
- • Violates intellectual property rights (including third-party photographs you don't own)
- • Contains explicit adult content, nudity, or sexual content involving any person
- • Depicts or references any minor (anyone under 18), in any context
- • Depicts a real, identifiable person without their explicit, informed consent — including celebrities, public figures, and private individuals
- • Is intended to deceive, defame, harass, impersonate, or create misleading "deepfake" content
- • Promotes discrimination, hatred, or violence
We may refuse, cancel, or delete any generation that violates these rules, with no credit refund for the violating request. Repeated or egregious violations will result in account termination and may be reported to law enforcement.
Intellectual Property
Your Rights: Once purchased, your artwork is yours for personal display, gifting, and photography. Commercial resale or licensing rights are not included by default unless separately agreed in writing.
Our Promise: We never resell your purchased artwork or offer the same generated file to another customer. Your Certificate of Authenticity documents the unique generation tied to your order.
Portfolio Use: With your permission, we may showcase your piece in our portfolio or marketing. We'll always ask first.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of your order. We're not responsible for color variations due to monitor settings, though we do our best to ensure accurate reproduction.
Changes to Terms
We may update these policies occasionally. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Your continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of any updates.
