Shipping Policy
Production Timeline
All prints are made-to-order with careful attention to quality:
- • Canvas: 3-5 business days production
- • Metal: 5-7 business days production
- • Acrylic: 7-10 business days production
Shipping Times & Costs
- • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days (Free on orders over $200)
- • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days (rates at checkout)
- • International: Currently USA only (expanding soon)
Note: You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships. All prints are carefully packaged in museum-quality materials to ensure safe arrival.
Return & Refund Policy
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our prints. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll work with you to make it right through replacement or refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your print arrives damaged or has a quality issue:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage and packaging
- We'll send a replacement at no cost to you
- No need to return the damaged item
Custom Nature of Orders
Since each print is custom-generated and produced specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for "change of mind" or if the AI-generated result doesn't meet expectations. That's why we encourage regenerating previews until you're happy before ordering.
Quality Promise: Every print is inspected before shipping. If there's any issue with print quality, color accuracy, or materials, we'll make it right.

Intellectual Property
Your Rights: You own the artwork you create. Once purchased, it's exclusively yours. You can display, sell, or use it commercially.
Our Rights: We may showcase prints in our portfolio (with your permission) but will never resell your unique artwork to others.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of your order. We're not responsible for color variations due to monitor settings, though we do our best to ensure accurate reproduction.
